Carol Collard, PhD, LMSW
President/CEO
Carol is President of CaringWorks, a 501(c)(3) non-profit created by Progressive Redevelopment, Inc (PRI). Carol has been with the PRI family of organizations for over 14 years and is co-founder of the agency. She oversees a 27-member staff and programs at nine properties. Carol earned an undergraduate degree in Communications from Loyola University in New Orleans, and both a masters degree and PhD in social work from the University of Georgia. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and is also an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA.
